What is Counseling?

Counseling is a collaborative partnership between the counselor and the client. Each session is designed to help the client overcome their negative feelings, choices and attitudes.


Identifying specific ways to cope and implementing new strategies are important tools to learn during therapy sessions.

My goal as a psychotherapist is to help clients become more aware and encourage them to own their growth and change. Therapy is a safe space to process the areas where you feel stuck and learn ways to address conflicts in your life.

Who is Counseling for?

Individual therapy is designed to your specific situation and desires.  It is geared towards adults, teens, and adolescents.
