From my experience in the Mental Health field, I've found that what hinders a person from accomplishing their goals personally or professionally are three things: Fear, Negative self-perception and Bad Time Management.


As a life coach, sessions with a client will focus on three primary objectives: 1. identifying fear obstacles and removing them, 2. embrace a true and healthy sense of self and 3. create an action plan based on realistic goals and objectives.


As a Licensed Counselor, I believe that not all sadness or worry are driven by a psychological disorder. Often times it's simply brought on by frustrations and irritability due to having good intentions but without the proper support in place.
